Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for every order our customers purchase is perfectly up to their standards and puts a smile on their face, but if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item/s for an In-Store Credit Only.
**To start a return, you can contact us at scarlettlavenderboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
- Final Sale
- Sale Items with 25% or more
- Any code used 20% off or more
For an item to be eligible for return it must be in its original form and unused condition. A receipt must be mailed back with the item being returned. All other details must be followed for an eligible return.
- All tags must still be attached
- No pet hair, stains, make-up or odors
- Items can’t be washed, worn or have tears
- Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the day you receive your items.
Our 14-day Return Policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an In-Store Credit. Returns requested after the 14 days, will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the damaged item and/or size is no longer in stock, then a refund will be acceptable.
- If not reported within 2 days of receiving your item, we will not accept the return.
**We put 100% effort into making sure our products leave our facility in perfect condition for our customers. If it’s not in great condition, then it’s not good enough for our customers.
Non-returnable items*
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hygienic items (such as hats, bralette's, or earrings), or personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items, Non-Returnable items or E - Gift Cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. That way it helps with inventory, as well as it makes things fair for everyone.
Refunds/In-Store Credit
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. If your return is approved, you will receive an In-Store Credit within 1 to 2 business days via email to be used within the site for a future purchase.
